1. Company Information

Varven GmbH operates the online store available at www.varven.com. Registered office: Maximilianstraße 35, 80539 Munich, Germany. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Formation of Contract

The presentation of products on our website constitutes a non-binding invitation to purchase. By clicking the order confirmation button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart. A contract is concluded only when we expressly accept your order via email or dispatch the goods.

3. Contract Language & Storage

The contract language is English. Order details and these Terms and Conditions will be provided electronically. Customers are encouraged to save or print the order confirmation and applicable terms for future reference.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed are final prices and include applicable VAT where required by law. Additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international deliveries may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other methods displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within two business days after successful payment unless otherwise stated. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for detailed shipping information. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage transfers upon delivery. For business customers, risk transfers when goods are handed over to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be sent back within fourteen (14) days of notifying us of withdrawal. Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. 7. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Varven GmbH until full payment has been received. Ownership transfers to the customer only after all outstanding amounts relating to the order have been paid in full.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In addition, every Varven timepiece may be covered by a voluntary manufacturer warranty as specified in the accompanying warranty documentation. Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, product designs, software, and other materials, is the property of Varven GmbH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Liability

Varven GmbH shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where liability is required by applicable law. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages typical of the contract. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Battery Disposal Information

Where products contain batteries, customers are legally required to dispose of used batteries separately from household waste. Batteries may be returned free of charge to designated collection points or recycling facilities in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.

By voluntarily subscribing to our SMS or MMS marketing program, you consent to receive recurring promotional messages from Varven GmbH. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message received from us. 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For merchants and business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Munich, Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable local laws remain unaffected.
