Return Policy

1. Return Period
At Varven GmbH, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
If more than fourteen (14) days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in brand-new, unused condition and in the same condition in which it was received. The watch must show no signs of wear, modification, adjustment, or third-party tampering and must include all original components, accessories, packaging materials, documentation, warranty cards, protective films, and tags.
Examples of conditions that may disqualify an item from a full refund include, but are not limited to: dirt or marks on the strap, enlarged strap holes, scratches on the case, bezel, clasp, crystal, or bracelet, removed bracelet links, shortened bracelets, removed protective wrapping, damaged packaging, missing accessories, or any evidence of use.
3. Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team at support@varven.com to request return authorization and obtain return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Customers must complete any required return documentation provided by Varven GmbH. Returns received without the requested return information may not be accepted for processing.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping error, or other issue for which Varven GmbH is responsible.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. Returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Varven GmbH is not responsible for products lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipment.
5. Refund Deductions and Non-Refundable Costs
Approved refunds may be subject to deductions where permitted by law. The following costs may not be refunded:
- Original shipping and handling charges.
- Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and prepaid tariffs.
- Return shipping expenses.
- Additional fees incurred due to refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts.
- Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Where an item is returned with signs of use, wear, damage, missing components, or reduced value, Varven GmbH reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly or refuse the return where legally permitted.
6. Refused Shipments and Unclaimed Deliveries
This return policy also applies to orders that are refused by the customer, returned due to an incorrect delivery address, or returned because delivery attempts were unsuccessful and the package was not collected by the recipient.
In such cases, any shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, carrier handling fees, or other related expenses incurred by Varven GmbH may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Inspection and Processing
All returned products are inspected upon arrival. Once the return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
8. Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Any price difference, shipping charges, duties, or taxes associated with an exchange order may be payable by the customer.
9. Price Adjustments
Varven GmbH does not offer price adjustments or partial refunds for products purchased before promotional events, sales, discount campaigns, or pricing changes.
10. Purchases Covered by this Policy
This Return Policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly through the official Varven website at www.varven.com. Products purchased through authorized retailers, distributors, marketplaces, or third-party sellers are subject to the return policies of those respective sellers.
