Deliver Policy

1. Delivery Areas
Varven GmbH ships worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local carrier performance, and other factors outside our control.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
European Union: 2–5 business days
Rest of the World: 4–10 business days
Please note that these delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
3. Order Processing
Once payment has been successfully received, orders are typically inspected, prepared, packaged, and dispatched within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment from dispatch through final delivery.
5. Shipping Carriers
Varven GmbH primarily uses trusted international carriers such as UPS Express, DHL Express, FedEx, Deutsche Post, USPS, or equivalent logistics partners depending on destination, service availability, and operational requirements. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.
6. Signature Requirement
For security purposes, most shipments require a signature upon delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that a signature may be required before the package can be released by the carrier.
7. Missed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no recipient is available, the carrier may leave a delivery notice with instructions for arranging redelivery or collection from a local service point. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the carrier's instructions and ensure successful receipt of the package.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you upon receipt of the returned shipment. You may choose either to have the package re-shipped at your expense or receive a refund for the order value excluding shipping costs and any fees incurred.
8. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. Varven GmbH has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.
9. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to dispatch and deliver all orders within the estimated delivery periods, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, severe weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to assist and provide updated shipment information.
10. Consequential Loss
Varven GmbH shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special losses resulting from delivery delays. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of business, missed events, alternative purchases, travel expenses, or time taken off work.
11. Delivery to Business Addresses
Orders may be delivered to residential or business addresses. If you choose delivery to a business address, please ensure that an authorized individual is available during normal business hours to accept and sign for the shipment on your behalf.
